TunnelX ("we", "our", or "us") provides a virtual private network ("VPN") service designed to enhance user privacy and secure internet connections (the "Service").

1.2 Technical & Usage Data

• Anonymous diagnostics and crash data

This information is used solely for maintaining and improving the Service.

1.3 VPN Data & Logging Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

• We do NOT log browsing activity
• We do NOT monitor or store DNS queries
• We do NOT inspect, record, or store traffic content

To establish and maintain a VPN connection, certain technical information such as IP address may be temporarily processed in memory. This information is never stored on disk and is automatically discarded when the VPN session ends.

We do not maintain any persistent logs that could identify user activity.

These third-party providers may collect certain information automatically, such as device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will request your permission before accessing or using tracking technologies such as the advertising identifier (IDFA).

If you grant permission, Google AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier to provide personalized ads. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown.

Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how users interact with the app and to improve our services.

You can manage or withdraw tracking permission at any time through your device settings.

We do not sell user data to third parties.
