Welcome to TunnelX ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our virtual private network ("VPN") service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TunnelX provides a VPN service designed to enhance user privacy, protect data transmission, and secure internet connections through encrypted tunnels.

The Service may be provided through servers located in multiple regions, including the United States and Europe.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available in all regions or that it will function without interruption.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Engage in hacking, fraud, or unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Abuse network resources (e.g., excessive automated traffic or attacks)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid versions of the Service:

• Free users may be subject to limitations, including data usage limits, reduced speeds, or restricted server access
• Paid subscribers may receive enhanced features such as higher speeds, expanded server access, and an ad-free experience

We reserve the right to modify features, limitations, or pricing at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to billing information and cannot issue refunds directly.

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted availability
• Access in all geographic locations
• Compatibility with all networks or devices

Service performance may vary depending on network conditions, server load, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunnelX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or connection failures

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
